Bristol: Adult Substance Misuse Stakeholder Engagement Sessions

Bristol City Council’s Substance Misuse Team (SMT) are intending to re-commission the adult substance misuse treatment services.  The aim is to have new services in place by October 2017.

A draft of the Substance Misuse Needs Assessment has been circulated for feedback. We are reviewing the comments and aim to publish a final report by 12th September along with an overview of the changes made.

We would like to invite all stakeholders to a series of sessions to inform our approach in meeting these needs and build on the recommendations to help shape substance misuse treatment services going forward.

If you are involved with people who use drugs or alcohol it would be great if you can find the time to come along. Whether you are a service user, a professional or someone affected by substance misuse this is an opportunity to help shape service delivery.
