| Dear Colleagues, I am writing to invite you hold the date of Tuesday 28 January from 10am to midday for our rescheduled update; it is slightly later than anticipated due to other VCSE meetings being scheduled in January and I wanted to make sure as many of you as possible were able to attend. As I outlined in November, the delay in updating you on progress has been to give us time to talk with the Bristol, North Somerset and South Gloucestershire Clinical Commissioning Group and our Local Authorities to ensure all our proposals are joined up and you will be aware there have various pieces of work underway under the auspices of Building Healthier Communities. These conversations are continuing and at their heart is ensuring you are genuinely involved in making a positive difference for people across the communities we all serve. The New Year is bringing a new way of working for all of us and our commitment is to ensure we work with all of our partners equally to create the best possible local service for people, families, carers and communities; I am so pleased you are part of that journey. We will confirm the venue in early January but I wanted to ensure you had the new date in your diaries before the traditional seasonal break.
