Without realising, the way we talk about things can impact on others – both positively and negatively.
Suicide is a sensitive topic, so it’s important to be aware of how the language we use can affect others.
We are a group of researchers exploring the language used to talk about suicide.
If you are over 18 and have been affected by suicide, either through your own experiences or others, we would like to hear from you.
Please click here to complete a ten-minute survey about what language you think should be used to describe suicide.
