Are you worried about someone close to you who has poor mental health?
It’s easy to become isolated or exhausted when you are close to someone who is unwell or in crisis. You might not want to worry your friends & family, but at times feel overwhelmed and be the person others rely on.
Every Wednesday morning until 11th May, Rethink Carers Service is offering a friendly and supportive meet up, aimed at improving your resilience, sharing activities and having fun.
Rethink Carers Service is specialised in providing support and information to relatives of people with mental health conditions, and this group is facilitated with the help of volunteers who have personal experience of a caring role.
There’s no commitment to come every week – to book please contact us on 0117 9031803 or email bristolcarers@rethink.org. You can see our newsletter here: www.rethink.org/bristolcarers
