On Monday 26 November, 6-8pm, Up Our Street are hosting a Neighbourhood Conversation on Temple Quarter at Hannah More Primary School.
You may have heard that the University of Bristol is building a new flagship campus right by Temple Meads. This comes on top of the designation of the area as an ‘enterprise zone’ which means a big masterplan of development and change around traffic infrastructure, housing and business space.
There are also plans for a large new academy secondary school, Oasis Academy, on the site and significant change on the horizon for St Philips Marsh.
We will hear from Cllr Asher Craig Deputy Mayor with responsibility for Communities, the Programme Director leading the Temple Quarter development, University of Bristol Lead on Engagement around the Enterprise Campus, Oasis Academy Development Lead and findings from research carried out by Up Our Street on Shops and Services. There will be an opportunity to ask questions afterwards.
Come along on Monday 26 November at Hannah More Primary School, BS2 0LT to find out more and get involved
