A new survey aims to find out about individual’s experiences of accessing and using mental health support services in the past few months.
This survey is intended to form part of an ongoing service evaluation and improvement cycle in response to Covid-19. Every two weeks the CCG will pull down the data and share it with specific services to help them understand the service user experience and identify areas for improvement.
There is no fixed timeline. People can complete it several times to reflect their latest service experiences.
