The Care Forum’s Dialogue Team is running it’s first Age Well Event.
The event is aimed at people over 50 and chatting about what helps them to live well in South Gloucestershire also what are the barriers for them.
Dialogue will be informing local leaders of what we talk about in the hopes of bringing about positive change.
If you are over 50 and fancy a chat and some cake then please come along!
