The Elizabeth Blackwell Institute for Health Research at the University of Bristol is inviting people delivering healthcare services, and the patients and communities that use them, to pose problems they encounter that they can envision forming the basis of an innovative research project.
In a two stage process they will first collect challenges, the best ideas will then be selected by a review panel and form the basis of a funding competition. University of Bristol researchers will be able to apply for funding from the EBI to enable them to solve these selected challenges.
The call for challenges is now open with a closing date of 24th May. You can find all the information you need, including an application form here; http://www.bristol.ac.uk/blackwell/funding/researchforhealth/
If you would like to talk to someone about your idea, or you need help completing the form you can contact Lisa King at Lisa.King@bristol.ac.uk or on 07875 077715
