Healthier Together, our local Sustainability and Transformation Partnership, has recently launched a ‘call for evidence’ to inform our 5 year System plan. We want as many local people and organisations to share their views, insights and ambitions for the future of their local NHS and social care services. The feedback we receive will be crucial in developing our plans and ensuring that health and care services are designed with local people’s views at their centre.
All feedback is helpful, but we are particularly interested to hear from local people, community groups, charities and academics. Further information on the call for evidence and submission guidelines can be found here.

In addition, booking are now open for our ‘Healthier Together: 5 Year System Plan Conference’, being held at Ashton Gate Stadium on October 17th. Places are free, and you’ll have the opportunity to hear more about the NHS Long Term Plan and help us determine how we realise its ambitions at a local level. Expect an interactive day with plenty of opportunities to engage, learn and listen.
