Healthy Homes Assessment Training – Bristol (For Community Health & Social Care Professionals and Volunteers Working with Older or Disabled People)

The training is aimed at practitioners who visit older and disabled people in their own homes. For example: District Nurses, Community Nurses for Older People, Occupational Therapists/Aides, Voluntary Sector Support Workers, Social Workers, Homecare Staff, Housing Officers and Community Psychiatric Nurses.
