Bristol Women’s Voice (BWV) is celebrating International Women’s Day with a programme of free events at City Hall on Saturday 3 March 2018 from 11am – 5pm.
The International Women’s Day programme of over 40 events ranges from music, interactive theatre, workshops, hot topic debates to child friendly activities with a free crèche available. Free workshops include alcohol support (11.30pm) maternity rights and discrimination (12.30pm), creative writing (12pm), a Charleston dance class with Swing Riot (3pm) Krav Maga self-defence (12 & 2pm) and speed mentoring with Women in Business (11am), the full programme will be available online soon.
BWV want self-identifying women of all ages to attend from across the city and therefore we are pleased to offer free transport any groups of women to want to get involved.
