Do you enjoy the outdoors, like working with people and want to be more active in your spare time? If so, a popular scheme which is looking for volunteers could be for you.
North Somerset Council’s Health Walks programme has helped more than 6,000 people since it launched over 10 years ago.
The scheme relies heavily on volunteers and now needs more walk leaders to help support the project as it continues to grow.
Potential leaders are invited to come along to a free training day from 10am to 3pm on Wednesday 21 March at the Big Worle Hub in Weston-super-Mare.
